Architectural Control Committee:

All of the standards prescribed in the Architectural Control guidelines and BMC’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Covenants) are adopted for the purpose of:

  1. Maintaining architectural harmony and beauty,
  2. Preservation of a safe, healthy environment, and
  3. Maintenance and improvement of property values

How to Submit an Architectural Request:

Please download & complete an ARCHITECTURAL REQUEST FORM (click link) and submit along with any necessary plans, surveys, samples, or supporting documents, to Briar Meadows Creek ACC c/o Association Services BCS at help@associationservicesbcs.com. The subject line should be “Briar Meadows Creek Architectural request – Property Address”. You may also mail or hand deliver your paperwork to our office.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will review your submission and issue an approval or denial within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request. The Committee’s approval or denial will be sent via email and USPS first class mail if requested, at the expense of the homeowner.
