In addition to the annual HOA assessment of $100.00, townhome owners pay an annual townhome maintenance assessment of $1250.00 to the HOA. This assessment covers landscaping, irrigation, and pest control services provided by the HOA to townhome owners on Reagan Ct and Peterson Way.
TOWNHOME OWNERS: Please do not contact vendors directly if you have a service issue or complaint, or a maintenance request for maintenance/services provided by the HOA. Please utilize the online townhome maintenance request form or contact Association Services BCS via phone or email. Please only contact vendors directly if you are contacting them about services outside of the scope of services provided by the HOA.
A special note about services that are an individual owner’s responsibility and not covered by the HOA: On behalf & for the benefit of our members, the HOA has secured special pricing with the HOA’s contracted vendors on services not covered by the HOA that an owner may be responsible for. Please be sure to let the vendor know you are a member of Briar Meadows Creek HOA to take advantage of this special price benefit!

Landscaping and Mowing Service Schedule:

Starting in March, mowing will be done on Thursdays (2001-2011 Reagan Ct ALL & 3215-3233 Peterson Way odd #s) and Fridays (3214-3244 Peterson Way even #s).
***Please note that February’s services will be scheduled to occur the third Thursday & last Monday-Wednesday of February.
